His passion and enthusiasm on one side and his Woohoo Inc., which has created an international network of professionals in almost 50 countries around the world on the other side were the basic milestones of our happy mission.

On the scale from 1 to 10 – how happy are you at work?
About a 7 on average 🙂 Some days are a 10 and some (fortunately very few) are a 2.
What makes you happy at work?
I love when I can make a difference – for instance when I write an article, shoot a video or deliver a speech or workshop that helps people take action to become happier at work. That feeling of having an impact and making the world a little better is what drives me more than anything else.
Have you always been happy at work?
No – just like most people I have had jobs I hates. In one previous job it was because of bad management. My very first job was for a good workplace, but I just didn’t fit into the culture there.
What are your most important achievements at work in last year?
My most important accomplishments this year are actually not mine – it’s seeing all the amazing work our international partners are doing all over the world. They are kicking butt doing speeches, workshops, conferences, online summits, articles and videos and are having a real impact!
How do you take care of your happiness at work and of happiness of your colleagues?
I try to only do tasks that I enjoy and work together with people who love to do the tasks that I hate – like administration, bookkeeping and that kind of thing.
What is that you do when your day is not happy?
I love speaking and I loooove writing. Writing feels amazing 🙂
What makes you happy beside your work?
4 times a week I exercise doing CrossFit. And 4-5 times a week I go swingdancing with my amazing girlfriend Patricia.
What is your Why?
Happiness 🙂
What would be your happiness at work tip?
Take responsibility for your own happiness at work. If you are happy at work, figure out why, so you can maintain it. If not, figure out what’s wrong and do something about it – either to become happy in the job you have or to find a new job where you can be happy.
